【风扇使用注意事项】

    ①、请勿触压叶片及用力拉扯电源线，防止电源线缠绕着风扇，此举会导致轴心与电源线被损毁；
    ②、请避免粉尘、水滴、小虫进入，导致影响寿命与不良品产生； 
    ③、请勿在可燃性气体与任何有害环境中使用； 
    ④、请勿在高于80℃高温环境里使用本风扇，若在高于80℃高温环境中使用本风扇，会导致风扇变形而影响性能； 
    ⑤、含油风扇请于六个月内使用，长时间存放会由于存放环境而影响风扇性能； 
    ⑥、当风扇处于运转状态时，请勿将风扇长时间锁死，此举会因连续停止不转，产生高热而烧毁风扇； 
    ⑦、安装风扇时，请特别注意，因共振或振动产生的噪音； 
    ⑧、当搬运或作业中，风扇如从60cm的高度落下，将会对叶片的平衡产生若干影响，特别是滚珠轴承避免掉落； 
    ⑨、锁外壳的螺丝扭力不得超4Kgf；请切勿用螺丝刀，铁棒等物堵转风扇，此举会损坏风扇； 
    ⑩、请注意风扇在高速运转时会伤及手指。

【怎么选择合适的风扇】
 
       1.看电流------相同转速，相同电压，相同风量。电流小的散热风扇是比较好的。因为电流越小，就意味着风扇损耗越小，也就是耗能小。
      2.听噪声------相同转速，相同电压，噪声越小的散热风扇越好，因为噪声低主要跟扇叶，轴承，油品，装配结构等有关。<1>扇叶形状设计的越好，对风量就会越大，且噪声越低，这是技术工艺，也是考验技术人员的能力。<2>轴承精度越高,那么它就跟轴芯的磨擦越小,尺寸搭配越好,噪声当然也就会越低,这跟轴承的材质是有很大关联．<3>噪声低了，就说明磨擦小，轴承，轴芯的寿命就会更长，直流风扇的寿命也同样的会更长。
     3.测振动------相同规格与转速的风扇，振动小的散热风扇比较好，振动越小，风扇运转就越平稳，对轴承与轴芯的损耗就越小，寿命当然就会更长一些。
