气凝胶绝热毡--FMA400

FMA400系列产品以纳米二氧化硅气凝胶为主体材料,通过特殊工艺复合而成。具有导热系数低、密度小、柔韧性高、绿色环保、防水等优越性能,同时兼具优越的隔声减震性能,可取代玻璃纤维、石棉保温毡、硅酸盐纤维等不环保、保温性能差的传统柔性保温材料。

Using special nanotechnology, FMA400 combines a silica aerogel withreinforcing fibers to deliver very low thermal conductivity, low density andgood flexibility in an environmentally safe product. FMA400 providesexcellent properties of waterproof, sound absorption and shock absorption. FMA400 is an alternative to the common, environment unfriendly, inferiorinsulation products, such as PU, asbestos insulation felt, silicate fibers,etc.

保温绝热
    FMA400长期最高使用温度达400℃,导热系数仅为传统材料的1/3~1/5,保温后热损失小,空间利用率高,高温下性能优势更加明显。

 The maximum use temperature is 400℃, Its thermal conductivity is1/3~1/5 of common insulators, helping reduce heat loss and optimizing spaceutility. Its performance is better under high temperature.

持久耐热
   气凝胶独有的三维网络结构避免了其他保温材在长期高温或受到振动而产生烧结变形、颗粒堆积保温性能急剧下降的现象。

Long service life
Unlike other traditionalinsulation materials, aerogel ’s three-dimensional structure inhibits sintering warpage, and particles stack which mayoccur under hot temperature for long time. 抗拉抗裂
   有较好的柔性与抗拉强度,可抵抗施工时的拉伸和冷热交替时线性收缩带来的内应力。
